Xtorium Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Xtorium (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Platform”). By accessing or using Xtorium, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights or privacy.

5. Account Management

  • Platform closure.

5.2 User-Initiated Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Data will be retained for one month for restoration purposes.

If your account is compromised, contact support for assistance in restoring it.

Users retain ownership of their content. However, you grant Xtorium a license to process, store, display, and visualize your content for use within the Platform.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, with additional charges under a pay-as-you-go model for specific features.

8.2 Refunds

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

8.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Pay-as-you-go charges are applied to the credit card on file.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimers

We disclaim liability for:

  • Damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • AI-generated content that has not been reviewed and verified by the user.

9.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

10. User Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
